In an effort to stay current and not lean on or wallow in the past too much we have devoted our website almost exclusively to my post-Hook solo endeavors.

But, lately I've been thinking that at least a small part of this site should be dedicated to the life and career I had before this one...

DR. HOOK!

It's not supposed to be a comprehensive history of the band.

It just meant to serve as a colorful 'scrapbook' of some of my fondest memories of my days with Dr. Hook.

In order to avoid any copyright 'concerns' we will not include any photos of the entire band or of particular members who I assume would not wish to be represented on my site anymore than I would on theirs.

We've set up an exclusive email address - independent of the guestbook - for new and diehard fans to ask questions specifically pertaining to that period.

I thought, perhaps, I might pick a few each month and answer them.

Better you get it straight from me...

We hope, in this way, we can continue to focus mainly on what's happening now and in the future and still pay a bit of attention and respect to the old days.

Dr. Hook Bids Fond Farewell
If the members of Dr. Hook felt low at the prospect of their last concert then Leicester provided just the tonic they needed last night. Young and old alike stamped and clapped their approval at the De Montford Hall as lead singer Dennis Locorriere and his crew thumped out the unique brand of rock which has enabled them to stand the test of time. After 16 years in the business and a string of hits, the band has decided to call it a day....
Dr. Hook is no more, but Locorriere will be back...a talent like his can't lie dormant for long.
