Post Cool media would like to thank our 2016 UK Touring Partners and Suppliers:
We were bold and booked into some big venues in Scotland and were buoyed to see Glasgow Royal Concert Hall sell out 4 months in advance.
Perth Concert Hall is also a sell out with Edinburgh Usher Hall and Aberdeen Beach Ballroom not far behind!
Scotland has a huge fanbase for Dr Hook, some of the audience remember seeing the Dennis and the band at the legendary Glasgow Apollo venue but we have also attracted a younger audience, an audience who grew up with their parents playing Dr Hook at home and in the car.
Thanks to his parents and like many children of the 80s, Scottish Promoter Brian Reynolds knew the words to every song on DR Hook’s greatest hits in 1983 (aged 3).
These shows will be a big party for many families across the UK.
BRIAN REYNOLDS and JAMIE WEBSTER
It has been an absolute privilege and pleasure for myself and my team to bring the UK & Ireland leg of the Timeless World Tour to you. From a personal perspective, I have such fond memories of Dr Hook songs first time around, and reliving those memories over the past few months has been priceless. A huge thank you to Dennis and the entire Hook team for making this possible, and of course the venue managers and their teams for their invaluable co-operation. Finally, this show would not be possible without the overwhelming support of you, the loyal Dr Hook fans, who have most generously purchased tickets. We are all very much looking forward to meeting you.
